The Investment Includes: Temporary Protection Of Excavations, Partial Demolition Of The Sidewalk And Road Of Dworcowa Street, Demolition Of The Existing Wall, Construction Of A New Wall Using Reinforced Concrete Technology In Accordance With The Documentation, Drainage Of The Wall, Strengthening Slopes At The Foot Of The Wall, Construction Of Balustrades, Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk And Road. For The Duration Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop, Obtain Approval And Implement A Temporary Road Traffic Organization Project And Perform Works Related To Adapting The Construction To The General Requirements. The Subject Of The Order Describes In Detail The Construction Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. Surveying Services At Every Stage Of The Investment Implementation Are Provided By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Together With Submitting One Copy Of The Map With Stamps Confirming Acceptance Into The Geodetic Resources Of The District Office Within The Deadline Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous Will Be Obliged To Submit Bid Cost Estimates (If He Does Not Attach Them To The Offer) And The Material And Financial Schedule Of Works No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract With Ordering Parties.
