The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Consisting In The Design And Construction Of A Modern, Energy-Saving Lighting System For A Sports Field (Division No. 175/5). The Aim Of The Modernization Is To Move Away From The Outdated And Ineffective 6-Point System, Which Does Not Meet The Requirements Lighting For The Stadium, For A Professional System Based On 4 High Lighting Masts. The Investment Is Aimed At Adapting The Facility To The Requirements Of Lighting Class Ii According To The Pn-En 12193 Standard, Which Will Enable Safe Competitions At The Regional And Local Level As Well As Professional Training Sessions While Maintaining Maximum Visual Comfort For Players And Spectators. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Documentation Attached To The Swz (Annex No. 7 To The Swz), I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Pfu)Before Commencing Design Work, The Contractor Must Obtain Written Approval Of The Preliminary Design (Concept) Provided To The Ordering Party. The Concept Must Be Accompanied By Written Consents From The Property Owners To Enter The Area And Perform The Works (If Applicable).
