1.Zamówienie Obejmuje Realizację Zadania Pn. Construction Of A Lighting Line At Ul. Sulechowska And Along The Bicycle Path From Nowy Świat To Cigacice.2. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Foundation Of 29 Pcs. Of Poles With 33 Pcs Of Led Lighting Fixtures, 2) Laying Of Approx. 1,105 M Of Cable Line, 3) Installation Of 1 Pc Of Lighting Cabinet, 4) Restoring The Area After Earthworks To Its Original Condition, Including Sowing Disturbed Areas For Excavations With Grass, 5) Conducting A Geodetic Inventory, 6) Launching The Installation After Carrying Out The Technical Tests Required By Law. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Contractors. The Materials Used During The Execution Of The Works Must, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions, Be Approved For Use In Construction (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277). The Reservation Does Not Apply To Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Employed To Perform The Functions Of Construction Manager And Works Manager. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant And/Or Partial Offers. 7. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Be Unreasonable Because It Could Cause Excessive Technical Difficulties, The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order, Readiness For Receipt, Issuance And Payment Of Invoices, Also Due To Excessive Costs - Performance Of Work By Different Contractors Would Result In Duplication Of Indirect Costs, E.G. Of Materials And Security Of Work, After Their Partial Completion By A Given Contractor. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper And Timely Execution Of The Contract 8 Of The Act. 9. The Ordering Party Will Not Select The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs And The Inclusion Of The Words Or Equivalent. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Use Materials And Devices Other Than Those Indicated By The Manufacturers Names And Symbols, Provided That They Are Characterized By Equivalent, I.E. Not Worse, Parameters Important From The Point Of View Of The Use Of These Materials, And It Is The Contractors Obligation To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of These Parameters. 12. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 13.
