1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Primary School In Rozniszew. This Investment Involves A Deep Energy Modernization Of A Public Building, I.E. The Building Of The Primary School. Stefan Czarniecki In Rozniszew (Rozniszew 29, 26-910 Magnuszew (District No. 201/2)). 2. The Main Goal Of The Task Is To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility By Reducing Energy Demand And Increasing The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources (Res).3. The Scope Of The Task Includes: Modernization Of The Roof Partition, Modernization Of The Internal Ceiling Partition, Modernization Of The Floor On The Ground Partition Hall, Modernization Of The External Wall Partition, Modernization Of The External Wall K Partition, Modernization Of The Dz 1 Gravity Ventilation Partition, Modernization Of The Oz 1 Gravity Ventilation Partition, Modernization Of The Heating System And Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels With A Capacity Of 20 Kw. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Pfu And Its Integral Part, I.E. The Energy Audit And An Extract From The Feasibility Study - Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Complete Documentation In Paper (3 Copies) And Electronic (Cd) Versions, Including: 1) Detailed Design 2) Bill Of Quantities For Each Industry 3) Investors Cost Estimate For Each Industry 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works 6. All Built-In Materials And Devices Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Technical Approvals And Must Be Of The First Quality. 7. All Work Performed Must Be In Accordance With The Construction Law, Polish Standards And The Guidelines Of Insulation System Manufacturers.8. Due To The Need To Perform The Task On/In An Active Facility, The Ordering Party Requires The Construction Site To Be Secured For The Safety Of Third Parties.9. The Contractor Must Take Into Account That The School Will Remain Operational During The Investment Implementation. It Is Required To Organize The Works In Such A Way As To Ensure Maximum Safety For Students And Staff And Minimize Nuisance (Noise, Dust).10. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Securing The Construction Site Against Access By Unauthorized Persons.11. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Any Incidents Resulting From Improper Security Of The Construction Site, And Due To The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, The Third Party Liability Insurance Policy Required By The Ordering Party Must Cover Damage Incurred During Its Use By Third Parties (Students, Staff, Parents). 12. The Ordering Party Requires The Continuity Of The Third Party Liability Insurance Policy, I.E. From The Stage Of The Procedure (Condition Of Participation In The Procedure), Through The Implementation Period, Until The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Any Reservations. 13.
