The Subject Of This Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of District Road No. 2053B In The Town Of Bruszewo In Accordance With The Design Assumptions, Along With Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment And The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment. The Initial Data For Design Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Technical Conditions Necessary For Complete Design Documentation, Arrangements, Opinions And Checks Of Documentation And Industry Documentation (If Necessary), Required By Construction Regulations, And To Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Decision On A Building Permit / Reporting The Works To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Body / Zrid Decision. 1) Opracuje Mapę Do Celów Projektowych, Podziały Działek (W Przypadku Konieczności); 2) Current Extracts And Drawings From The Land Register Map Regarding The Investment; 3) Will Develop An Architectural, Construction, Executive, Construction And Technical Design For The Subject Of This Order In Accordance With The Construction Law, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Specifications Technicznych Wykonania I Odbioru Robót Budowlanych; 4) Prepare The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate, A Blind Cost Estimate Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure; 5) Obtain A Decision Regarding The Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project (If Necessary); 6) Prepare A Geotechnical Opinion, Documentation Of Subsoil Tests, A Geotechnical Design As Well As Geological And Engineering Documentation (If Applicable); 7) Prepare A Water Law Study And Obtain A Water Law Permit Or Water Law Notification (If Applicable); 8) Agree Collisions Of Existing Underground Infrastructure With Utility Operators (If Necessary);9) Develop Other Studies And Tests Deemed Necessary By The Contractor Or Relevant Institutions And Offices; 10) Opracuje Szczegółowe Specyfikacje Techniczne Wykonania I Odbioru Robót. At The Stage Of Preparing Documentation, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Determine Detailed Requirements For The Specifications Being Developed (E.G. Determining Minimum Parameters Of The Materials Used);11) Will Develop A Design For Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization And Obtain Its Approval From The Traffic Management Authority;12) Will Obtain All Arrangements, Opinions And Materials Necessary To Submit An Application And Will Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Decision On A Building Permit / Notification Of Works To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Body / Zrid Decision;13) Will Provide Explanations
