The Scope Of Development Of Comprehensive Documentation The Design And Cost Estimate Includes In Particular: 1) A Map For Design Purposes; 2) Formal And Legal Documentation (Including Technical Conditions, Geological Research, Permits, Decisions, Reports, Arrangements And Opinions); 3) Industry Designs For The Construction And Reconstruction Of Underground And Above-Ground Networks; 4) Construction Design For The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road And Bus Bays; 5) Detailed Design For The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road And Bus Bays; 6) Bill Of Quantities; 7) Investors Cost Estimate; 8) Permanent Organization Design Traffic;9) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works;10) Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection;11) Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision Or Accepting A Notification Of Construction Works. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least 60 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee Counted From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, And Within And During The Period Of The Warranty And Guarantee Granted, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform The Function Of Authors Supervision As Part Of The Remuneration.
