The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Division Of Real Estate Owned By The Lublin County, Marked As Plot No. 719/2, With An Area Of 1.5500 Ha, Located Within: 0011 Przybysławice Commune. Garbów In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard, In Particular The Act Of May 17, 1989 - Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended), Classified As A Road Managed By Two Different Managers, In Order To Regulate The Legal Status Of The Real Estate, In Accordance With The Attached Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Commissions The Contractor To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Referred To In Point 1, And The Contractor Accepts The Subject Of The Order For Execution And Undertakes To Perform It In The Following Manner: 1) Reporting Geodetic Works To The District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Lublin; 2) Collecting And Analyzing Source Materials; 3) Examining Land And Mortgage Registers; 4) Marking New Border Points On The Ground Together With Writing A Protocol On The Marking; 5) Developing A Preliminary Design For Dividing The Property Into 2 Registration Plots; 6) Obtaining Resolutions Giving An Opinion On The Preliminary Design Of The Real Estate;7) Preparing Five Copies Of The Division Design Maps For The Plots In Question In A Paper Version;8) Recording The Prepared Documentation At The District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Lublin;9) Preparation By The Contractor Of The Documents Necessary To Apply To The Competent Authority For Issuing A Division Decision In Accordance With Art. 93 Section 1 Of The Act Of 21 August 1997 On Real Estate Management (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 399). The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach: Current Copies Of Land And Mortgage Registers Or Other Documents Confirming The Ownership Title For A Given Property, Current Extracts From The Land Register, Reports On The Approval Of The Real Estate Boundaries, Cadastral Map Scale 1:5000. The Contractor Is Obliged To Consult And Agree On The Division With The Ordering Party At Each Stage Of The Order Execution. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Subject Of The Order Is The Division Of One Real Estate For The Purpose Of Regulating The Legal Status And Constitutes An Integral Whole. The Amount Allocated For The Execution Of The Order: Pln 15,067.50. Deadline For The Execution Of The Order - 150 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract (Note: The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Time Of Receipt Of The Documentation To The District Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center).
