Legionów To Com (Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation).2. The Service Referred To In Point 1 Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Investment Task Included In The Budget Of The City Of Zamość Entitled: Construction Of The Road On Zagrodowa Street On The Section From Górna Street To Lubelska Street And Górna Street From Legionów Street To Com.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of Ul. Górna On The Section From Ul. Legionów To The Care And Housing Center In Zamość (Com) Together With The Design Of The Intersection Of Ul. Górna From Ul. Legionów And Pedestrian Crossings Through Ul. Legionów.4. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Will Also Constitute An Annex To The Contract After Its Conclusion And In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 5. Technical Conditions Issued By The Municipal Roads Authority In Zamość And Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. In Zamość And The Illustrative Site Plan Of The Street Are Included In The Annexes To The Specification Of Terms Of Contract, Respectively: Appendix No. 10 - Technical Conditions From Zdg. Appendix No. 11 - Technical Conditions From Pgk. Appendix No. 12 - Illustrative Site Plan. The Annexes Will Constitute Annexes To The Contract After Its Conclusion.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 4 Years (48 Months) From The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol For The Completed Subject Of The Contract. The Conditions Regarding The Guarantee Are Discussed In Detail In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Design Documentation In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law, Which Is To Guarantee The Direct Use Of This Design Documentation As A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works For The Designed Task (In A Separate Procedure). The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Describe The Proposed Materials And Devices Using Technical Parameters, I.E. Without Providing Their Trade Names. Pursuant To Art. 99 - 103 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Subject Of The Contract May Not Be Described In A Way That Could Impede Fair Competition, In Particular By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To Privileges Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products.
