To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2) The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of The Subject Of The Order With Parameters Exceeding The Ordering Partys Requirements, With Modern Technological Requirements, Meeting At Least The Minimum Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1.1. To Swz And Not Inferior In Terms Of Quality And Technical Conditions, While Maintaining Its Appropriate Functionality And Purpose.3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Data Provided By The Contractor In Annex No. 2.1.
