1.Przedmiotem Zamówienia Jest Dostawa Kruszywa Naturalnego Łamanego O Ciągłym Uziarnieniu 0 –31,5 (Np. Wapienno – Żwirowe) Z Transportem Do Miejsca Wskazanego Przez Zamawiającego Oraz Rozładunkiem We Wskazanym Przez Zamawiającego Miejscu Na Terenie Gminy Bobrowo. Delivery Of Aggregate Fraction 0-31.5 Mm In An Amount Of 3,500 Tons. Aggregates Offered And Delivered Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13242 Or Pn-En 13242+A1 Standard. 2.Zamawiający Przewiduje Zastosowanie Prawa Opcji: W Ramach Dostawy Kruszywa Naturalnego Wapienno - Żwirowego Frakcji 0-31,5 Mm W Ilości – 700 Ton (Do 20 % Wartości Zamówienia Podstawowego). 2.1. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If The Basic Scope Is Exhausted During The Duration Of The Contract And The Additional Purchase Of An Additional Quantity Of The Product Will Be In The Ordering Partys Interest And Results From Its Current Needs. 2.2. In Order To Activate The Option Right, The Ordering Party Will Submit To The Contractor A Written Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right To A Specified Extent. The Declaration Will Include Confirmation Of Financial Resources To Complete The Order And Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract. 2.3. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 2.4. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractors Contractual Obligation Is To Perform The Service To The Extent Covered By The Exercised Option Right On Terms And Conditions Such As Those Of The Basic Order. 2.5. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right Multiple Times After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order - But Until The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Is Exhausted. 2.6. Activating The Option Will Not Require Changing The Contract. 3. Conditions Of Order Fulfillment Regarding The Supply Of Aggregate: 3.1. The Aggregate Should Be Of Natural Origin And Has Not Undergone Any Other Processing Apart From Mechanical Processing. The Aggregate Should Be Homogeneous, Without Foreign Impurities And Clay Admixtures. It Must Not Contain Elements Harmful To The Environment (E.G. Asbestos, Ashes) Or Dangerous To Road Users (E.G. Metals, Glass). 3.2. Aggregate Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To The Ordering Partys Needs After Prior (At Least One Day - Criterion) Notification By The Ordering Party By Telephone Or E-Mail. 3.3. The Ordering Party Requires That Deliveries Be Made On Business Days, Monday To Friday, From 7:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. 3.4. In The Event Of Unfavorable Weather Conditions (E.G.
