The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions:3.1. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Building Of The Municipal Nursery In Jelnica, Jelnica 84, 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski To The Rooms Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.2. Delivery Should Be Understood As The Delivery Of Elements Together With Bringing Them To The Indicated Premises, Assembly (If The Product Is Delivered In Parts) And Assembly. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Assembly Elements In The Offer.3.3. The Specification Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment Was Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 1 Of The Swz. 3.4. All Delivered Products Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Safe To Use. Products Must Be Intended For Children Under 3 Years Of Age Or Approved For Use In This Age Group.3.5. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Of Directives And Regulatory Standards Regarding The Safety Of Toys And Teaching Aids In Educational Institutions. 3.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, At The Request Of The Ordering Party: - Eu Declaration Of Conformity, - Product Sheets Or Technical Sheets, - Information About The Manufacturer/Importer, - Instructions For Use And Maintenance (If Applicable).3.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Requirement To Deliver The Equipment On Business Days, Within Time Intervals Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party At Least 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery.
