4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Laundry Services. Comprehensive Laundry Services In A Facility With A Full Hygienic Barrier, For The Needs Of The Specialist Hospital In Jasło, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, The Maximum Amount Of Laundry In A 12-Month Period Is: 180,000.00 Kg. The Comprehensive Laundry Service Includes In Particular: 1) Water Washing And Disinfection - Blankets According To The Manufacturers Recommendations Or A Temperature Not Higher Than 40Oc, 2) Rinsing With An Antistatic Liquid In The Case Of Blankets, Curtains And Drapes, 3) Drying, Ironing, Including Trousers Of Medical Staff, And Folding Them Right Side Out, 4) Ironing Of Surgical Gowns, 5) Chemical And Thermal Disinfection In The Washing Process Or Disinfection Of Pillows, Blankets And Quilts Themselves. 6) The Contractor Should Separate The Damaged Items And Repair Them, I.E. Sew Them On The Machine With A Continuous Seam In A Color Corresponding To The Color Of The Fabric, Repair Side Seams, Sew Torn Parts Of Underwear, Sew In Zippers, Press Studs, Sew On Buttons, Etc., Bearing The Costs Of Necessary (Used Materials),7) Segregate Bed Linen Into Individual Assortments And Sections,8) Pack Clean Underwear In A Double Package: Inner - Foil Pack, Outer - Foil Bag Or Canvas Bag, (Except: Mattresses And Pillows In A Plastic Bag),9) Collection Of Dirty And Delivery Of Clean Bedding And Other Items Intended For Washing Every 24 Hours From Monday To Saturday Between The Following Hours: Clean Bedding, Delivery Between 7:00 A.M. And 8:00 A.M., Dirty Bedding, Collection Between 9:00 A.M. And 10:00 A.M. (Possibility To Change The Hours After Prior Arrangement) By The Contractors Means Of Transport, At His Expense, In Compliance With Hygiene Rules, (Excluding Blankets, Pillows, Mattresses With A Return Date) Up To 48 Hours) From The Specialist Hospital In Jasło, Ul. Lwowska 22, The Observation And Infectious Diseases And Hepatitis Ward And The Mortuary. 10) Transport Of Clean And Dirty Linen Must Be Strictly Isolated And Permanently Marked: A) In Two Different Cars Intended For The Transport Of Clean And Dirty Linen, B) Or In A Car With Separate Marked Compartments, Tightly Isolated From Each Other. The Luggage Compartment Of The Car Must Be Tight And Made Of Smooth, Non-Absorbent Materials That Are Easy To Disinfect. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To View Car Disinfection Protocols.
