Part 1: Task 1: 7-Day Summer Trip With Coaching And Anti-Discrimination Workshop For 120 Project Participants - Parents And Children. The Service Includes Organizing 7-Day (6 Nights) Integration And Educational Trips To A Seaside Resort Divided Into: - 2 Stays In The Period 1St Half Of August 2026 For A Total Of 120 Project Participants (Including: 43 Parents And 77 Children), (Average 60 People/1 Stay) - 2 Stays In July/August 2027 For A Total Of 120 Project Participants (Including: 43 Parents And 77 Children, (Average 60 People/1 Stay) Task 2: 7-Day Winter Stay With Coaching And Anti-Discrimination Workshop For 79 Project Participants Parents And Children. The Service Includes Organizing A Winter 7-Day (6 Nights) Integration And Educational Trip To A Mountain Resort For A Group Of 79 Project Participants (24 Parents And 55 Children) In January/February 2027 - Holidays For The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Task 3: Supportive Care Service During Integration And Educational Trips For 14 Project Participants - An Average Of 138 Hours (Total For The Trips Indicated Above) Per Project Participant For Tasks 1 And 2 Of Part I Of The Order. Applies To Task I And Task Ii. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Supportive Care During Integration And Educational Trips For 14 Project Participants (Indicated By The Ordering Party) - An Average Of 138 Hours Per Project Participant For Tasks I And Ii, Including In Particular: • Support For Participants In Everyday Functioning During The Trip, • Assistance In Moving Around, • Support In Self-Service Activities (E.G. Dressing, Hygiene), • Supervision Over The Safety Of Participants, • Cooperation With The Staff Organizing The Trip And Participants Guardians, • Responding In Crisis Situations, • Assistance In Everyday Activities, • Support In Educational Tasks, • Organization Of Free Time, • Supportive Care Does Not Include Medical Or Nursing Services. Minimum Requirements: • Number Of Guardians: Min. 7 Guardians (Recommendation: 1 Guardian For At Least 2 Participants), • Ensuring Continuity Of Care (Including In The Morning, Afternoon And Afternoon). Evenings, While Traveling From Kielce To The Place Of Accommodation And On The Way Back), • Possibility Of Shift Work From 7.00 A.M. To 9.00 P.M.
