Tenders Are Invited For The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of An Adapted Transport Service Aimed At People With Disabilities And Elderly People With Dependency Who Cannot Use Ordinary Transport And Who Have Mobility Difficulties And/Or The Need For A Companion. These People Need To Be Transferred To A Specialized Social Service In The Public Network, Where They Have A Recognized Position, According To The Social Services Portfolio Of The Department Of Social Rights And Inclusion In Specialized Social Care Centers, Or To Those Other Services Or Programs That Allow Them To Guarantee And/Or Promote Their Integration Into The Environment. Guaranteeing The Basic Right Of Mobility Of These People Is The Main Objective Of The Adapted Transport Service, Which Will Consist Of Picking Them Up And Transferring Them From The Various Stops Of Origin To The Homes And/Or Established Stops Of Destination And Vice Versa, Except In Cases Of Force Majeure, And During The Days Specified.
