The Object Of The Partnership Concerns The Study, Financing, Construction, Maintenance, Technical Management And Operation Of The Infrastructure Of The Project: Infrastructure Of The Integrated Waste Management Facility (Iwm) Of Chalkida And Lamia. The Public Body, After The Start Of Operation Of The Project, Will Pay The I.F.S. Periodic Availability Payments, Which, Indicatively, Have Been Estimated At A Net Present Value, In The Amount Of 96.86 Million Euros, Before Vat, Taking Into Account An Indicative Financial Contribution Of A Public Entity Amounting To A Maximum Of 61.98 Million Euros, Before Vat. Ii Stage Of The 2Nd Phase Of The Competition. In Particular, The Private Partnership Body (Pbo) That Will Be Selected Will Undertake, Indicatively, The Following: • The Preparation Of All The Necessary Studies That Will Be Submitted During The Execution Of The Partnership Agreement, As Well As All The Actions And Actions For The Preparation Of The Documents Required To Ensure The Timely Issuance Of All The Permits And Approvals Provided For By The Present Provisions For The Construction, Complete Completion, Operation And Maintenance Of The Projects, • All The Construction Works, The Operation And Maintenance Of The Treatment And Sorting Facilities, The Waste Disposal Facilities, As Well As The Transshipment Facility For The Municipality Of Delphi. The Operation And Maintenance Throughout The Duration Of The Partnership Agreement Consists, In Particular, In The Daily Operation Of All The Facilities With The Same Means, The Usual, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, The Heavy Maintenance And The Periodic Replacement/Renewal Of Parts, Components And Equipment Parts (Lifecycle Cost) Of The Entire Facilities, The Daily Availability Of The Facilities And Systems, The Building Infrastructure And The Surrounding Area, As These Will Be Detailed In Phase Ii Of The Tender, So That The Project To Be Absolutely Suitable And Available, In Accordance With The Availability Requirements, Specifications And Objectives Of The Greek Legislation And The Legislation Of The European Union, Which Will Be Defined In Phase Ii Of The Tender, • The Financing Of The Project With Own And/Or Loan Funds (Subject To Possible Financial Contribution Of The Contracting Authority To The Construction Cost Of The Project).
