The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Commissioning Of New Functionalities And Modernization Of The Existing Hospital Information System (Hereinafter Referred To As Nis Modernization) In The Trutnov Regional Hospital Environment, Including The Implementation Of Integration Work, The Implementation Of Data Migration From Replaced Systems, Training, The Delivery Of The Necessary Licenses And The Processing And Delivery Of Project, Technical Operation And User Documentation, And The Delivery And Expansion Of Technical Support And Development Services. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Described In Detail In Appendix No. 6 Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance And Contractual Documentation, Which Is Part Of The Procurement Documentation As Appendix No. 3 – Nis Modernization Agreement And Appendix No. 4 – Service Agreement. The Description And Current State Of The Existing Nis Is Given In Annex No. 6 Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Performance. The Subject Of Performance Is Also Services To Ensure The Overall Life Cycle Of Nis In The Clients Environment In The Form Of Technical Support Services And Information System Development. The Subject Of Performance In The Form Of Technical Support And Development Services Is Specified In More Detail In The Draft Service Agreement, Which Is Annex No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation. The Service Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 5 Years From The Start Of Routine Operation According To The Nis Modernization Contract.
