The Municipality Of Halderberge Is Currently Receiving Refugees From Ukraine At The Maria Ter Engelen (St. Anna) Location In Oudenbosch. The Number Of Refugees Received Fluctuates, But The Reception Location Has A Maximum Capacity Of 192 Reception Places. This Location Must Be Kept Clean. The Cleaning Is Currently Carried Out By 8 Ukrainian Cleaners. They Are Employed By The Current Contractor. The Municipality Wishes To Keep The Communal Areas In The Reception Location Clean For Refugees Staying In The Reception Location. This Provides The Cleaning Ladies In Question With A Daytime Activity And Provides An Income. A Condition For This Assignment Is That A Total Of Six Of The Employees Must Be Taken Over By The New Cleaning Company. The Scope Of The Assignment Includes The Following Activities: • Regular And Periodic Cleaning Maintenance • Providing Your Own Cleaning Products • Dirt Removal; • Replenishing Sanitary Supplies • Additional Work On Request. These Cleaning Activities Relate To The General Areas Of The Location. This Concerns: • Dining Room • General Toilet Groups • Reception • Consultation Rooms • Corridor Floors The Municipality Assumes 488 Hours Are Required Per Month For Cleaning Work.
