A Possible Location For Building A New Cafeteria With Additional Childcare Rooms Is Between The Youth Center And The Existing Parking Area On The Western Part Of The School Property. With A 2-Story Construction, It Offers Sufficient Space For The Required Space Program. The Current Planning Envisages A New Building With Approx. 870M² Of Gross Floor Area. The Costs Of Cost Groups 200-700 Were Estimated At Approximately €5 Million Gross. For This Purpose, Planning Offices Are Invited To Take Part In The Competition, Which Cover The Technical Equipment Technical Planning Service Profile In The System Groups: System Group 1 Wastewater, Water And Gas Systems, System Group 2 Heat Supply Systems, System Group 3 Ventilation Systems, System Group 4 Power Systems, System Group 5 Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems, System Group 6 Conveyor Systems, System Group 7 Usage-Specific Systems And Process Engineering Systems And System Group 8 Building Automation In Accordance With Hoai, And In Have Implemented Similar Measures In The Past.
