Special-Purpose Road Passenger Transport Services – National Wheelchair Transport Framework Agreement. The Aim Of The Contracting Authority Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Provision Of National Wheelchair Transport. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years, With The Option To Terminate The Agreement Unilaterally After The First Two (2) Years. The Requirements That The Contracting Authority Imposes On The Contract And The Conditions Under Which It Must Be Carried Out Are Detailed In The Associated Tender Documents. The Assignment Concerns The Execution Of National Wheelchair Transport For Soldiers And Civilians Throughout The Netherlands And Occasionally To And From Germany And Belgium. An Important Part Of This Service Concerns The Transport Of Clients Between Rehabilitation And Care Institutions Within The Defense Care Chain. This Concerns People Who Are Recovering After, For Example, An Accident, Surgery, Illness Or Neurological Disorder. The Target Group Consists Of Both Military Personnel And Civilians, Including International Clients. Not All Clients Speak Dutch Or English, Which The Contractor Must Take Into Account When Providing The Services.
