Investment. 3) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Annexes: A) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) - Annex A To The Swz, B) Contract Template - Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Completed By The Contractor Within A Maximum Period Of August 2, 2027, Including: A) Within 4 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit For Acceptance To The Ordering Party Complete Technical And Executive Documentation, Which He Is Obliged To Prepare In Accordance With The Swz, B) By July 26, 2027, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Construction Works And Submit Them To The Ordering Party For Final Acceptance With Submitting To The Ordering Party All Necessary Documents Required By Construction Law To Perform This Acceptance, C) By August 2, 2027. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order, Which Is Tantamount To Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Works By The Contractor And The Ordering Party.
