Each Of The Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Is A Service Contract Whose Purpose Is The Brushing And Cleaning Of Roads In The Network Of The Roads Directorate Of Namur, District Of Ciney. The Services Are Carried Out On Roads Belonging To Network I Which Are Described In Appendix 2 Of These Special Specifications As Well As On Roads In Network Ii. The Services Are Preventive, Conditional And Curative Maintenance (See Glossary).
