Beach Cleaning Services – Services For Decommissioning, Evacuation And Restoration Of The Area Following The Removal Of Constructions/Developments Illegally Placed On The Beaches Under The Administration Of The Dobrogea-Litoral Water Basin Administration. The Services That Are The Object Of The Proposed Framework Agreement Will Include, But Not Be Limited To: • - Inventory And Photo-Video Documentation Of Unauthorized Constructions/Equipment; • - Organization And Delimitation Of The Work Perimeter; • - Disconnection Of The Objective From Utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas Supply); • - Checking The Disconnection From The Utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas Supply) In Order To Prevent A Possible Breakdown In The Utility Distribution Networks Or The Occurrence Of Work Accidents; • - Dismantling/Decommissioning The Constructions That Are The Subject Of The Specifications; • - Handling, Sorting And Loading The Resulting Materials; • - Transport Of Materials And Waste With Specific Equipment To Collection Points/Authorized Warehouses; • - Final Disposal Of Waste In Accordance With Legislation; • - Leveling And Restoring The Land To Its Original State; • - Handing Over The Works Through The Receipt Report. Expected Results Are: • - Complete Release Of Illegally Occupied Beach Sectors; • - Restoring The Initial Condition Of The Land By Leveling And Sanitizing; • - Transportation And Storage Of The Resulting Waste At Authorized Warehouses; • - Increasing The Level Of Environmental Protection And Public Safety; • - The Possibility Of Simultaneous Intervention On Several Stretches Of Beach. The Services Will Be Provided Throughout The Year, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority.
