The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection And Management Of Surplus Waste With Code 20 01 08 - Biodegradable Kitchen Waste From Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Recovery Of This Waste In The R3 - R12 Process, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). The Method And Place Of Management Of The Collected Waste Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular With The Requirements Of The Above-Mentioned. The Waste Act And Its Implementing Regulations. Waste With Code 20 01 08 (Biodegradable Kitchen Waste) Will Come From Property Owners Located In Bielsko-Biała And Communes Of The Bielsko Poviat. Waste Collection Will Take Place From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. In The Quantities Previously Indicated In The Order Sent By E-Mail By The Ordering Party. Biodegradable Waste Will Be Collected From The Premises Of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała, Ul. Krakowska 315 D. Loading Of Waste Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Weighing Of Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Carried Out On The Employers Legalized Scales And Will Be Confirmed By A Warehouse Release Document And A Waste Transfer Card Generated In The Bdo System. These Documents Will Constitute The Sole Basis For Determining The Amount Of Waste Transferred For Management And Issuing A Vat Invoice. The Ordering Party May Ask The Contractor To Provide Information Confirming The Type Of Recovery Process To Which The Collected Waste Was Subjected And The Quantities Of Products Or Waste Produced From Them Or The Quantities Of Waste That Did Not Undergo The Recovery Process And Were Deposited In A Landfill. The Contractor Should Provide The Above Information In Writing Or By E-Mail Within 5 Business Days. Documents Related To The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Issued In Accordance With The Legal Requirements In This Regard. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Be: 1,000.00 Mg, Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring A Smaller Amount During The Term Of The Contract, But Not Less Than 5,00 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Amount Of 1,000 Mg Is An Estimated Value, Illustrating The Possible Size Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.
