Business Development Consultancy Services – 10001029 - Strengthening Basic Services And Cross-Border Resilience In Border Areas Of Senegal, Mali And Guinea Through Local Economic And Community Development Measures. The Commission Supports The Implementation Of The Giz Program For Strengthening Resilience In Border Areas (Rézo). The Aim Is To Strengthen Socio-Economic Resilience In Selected Border Regions Of Senegal, Mali And Guinea By Improving Access To Basic Economic And Social Services And Expanding Cross-Border Cooperation. The Contractor Builds On Existing Structures, Measures And Learning Experiences And Creates Synergies With Government Initiatives, Local Civil Society And Previous Giz Projects. He Is Responsible For Achieving Defined Bmz/Eu Outputs And Indicators Via Three Integrated Work Packages. Output 1 Focuses On Access To Basic Economic Services. The Aim Is To Improve The Employability Of Young People And Women And To Strengthen The Business Capacity Of Micro, Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (Msmes). The Contractor Implements Labor Market-Oriented Short-Term Qualifications, Strengthens Career Guidance, Placement And Follow-Up, And Promotes Entrepreneurship And Msme Support In Relevant Sectors (E.G. Agriculture, Maintenance Of Basic Infrastructure). - In Guinea, This Includes Training Women And Youth In Entrepreneurship/Management, Strengthening Economic Interest Groups (Gies) And Msmes In Administrative/Financial Management, Equipping Women-Led Gies, Building Networks To Improve Value Chains, And Piloting Standards And Certification Of Local Agricultural Products. - In Mali, Short-Term Measures (Including Cash For Work) Qualify Young People For Maintenance And Rehabilitation Of Social Infrastructure And Market Upgrading. - In Senegal, The Contractor Strengthens Labor Market Actors (E.G. Local Employment Agencies), Improves Tracking Of Employment Outcomes And Implements Train The Trainer Modules On Entrepreneurship, Coaching, Financial Literacy And Digital Marketing. Output 2 Addresses Access To Basic Social Services And Inclusive Participation. The Contractor Improves And Supports The Management Of Social Infrastructure In Water/Sanitation, Education And Energy And Expands Participation Opportunities, Especially For Women And Young People. - In Guinea, Solar-Powered Water Supply Systems Are Being Procured And Local Partners Are Being Trained In Installation, Operation And Maintenance. - In Mali, Materials For Solar Systems Are Being Delivered, Youth-Led Renovations To Classrooms And Water Infrastructure Are Being Organized, And Maintenance Committees Are Being Set Up To Ensure Sustainability. - In Senegal, The Contractor Will Strengthen Regional Development Agencies (Ard) To Coordinate Actions, Establish Monitoring Systems For Rehabilitated Infrastructure, Set Up Management Committees And Promote Inclusive Local Governance Through Dialogues, Hearings And Workshops On The Participation Of Women And Youth
