Consultative Engineering And Construction Services – Exercising Consulting Activities Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Development For The Drilling Of Exploitation Wells At The Chiren Gas Refinery, The Construction Of Their Adjacent Pipelines To The New Chiren Gas Station And Their Commissioning. Exercise Of Consulting Activity Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Planning For The Drilling Of Exploitation Wells At The Chiren Gas And Oil Refinery, The Construction Of Their Adjacent Plumes To The New Chiren Gas Station And Their Commissioning. Activities Will Be Carried Out For Stages Of The Site Expansion Of The Capacity Of Pgh Chiren - Drilling Fund, As Follows: For Stage Drilling E-76, Stage Drilling E-77, Stage Drilling E-79; For Other Three Stages (Exploitation Wells Determined Between Wells E-74, E-75, E-78, E-80, E-81, E-82 And E-83 Of The Chiren Pgh) - Option. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities For Each Stage, Including For The Stages Included In The Option: 1. Evaluation Of Compliance Of The Investment Project - Phase Of The Work Project With The Requirements For The Constructions According To Art. 142, Para. 5 And Paragraph 10 Of The Zut; 2. Providing Expert Support To The Contracting Authority And The Designer In The Coordination Of The Investment Project With The Competent Control Authorities, Operating Companies And Interested Parties; 3. Preparation Of A Complex Report According To Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of Zut; 4. Exercise Of Construction Supervision According To Art. 168, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Zut And Carrying Out An Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Put Into The Stage, Which Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Constructions In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products; 5. Performance Of The Functions Of Safety And Health Coordinator For The Implementation Stage According To Art. 5, Para. 3 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works; 6. Preparation Of A Final Report According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; 7. Drawing Up And Registering A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions.
