Low-Floor Buses - Delivery Of A Low-Floor Bus In 2026, 2027 And 2028. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Up To 3 New Low-Floor Buses For The Operation Of Urban Public Transport. The Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Listed In The Basic Technical Specification Of The Bus, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Purchase Contract And Is An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation. The Technical Specification Sets Out The Specific Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Technical, Quality, Ecological And Functional Characteristics Of The Bus, Which Is The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is, In Addition To The Actual Delivery, The Transport Of The Subject Of The Public Contract To The Destination And The Delivery Of Documentation, Documents, Training And Other Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Listed In The Basic Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Public Contract Offered By The Participant In The Procurement Procedure, On The Day Of Delivery To The Contracting Authority, Meets All Legal Conditions For Operation On Public Roads In General And Also In Municipal Public Transport Valid In The Territory Of The Czech Republic. The Selected Supplier Will Be Contractually Bound To The Obligation To Remove Defects In The Delivery Or Any Part Of It Within The Warranty Period Related To The Warranty Provided Within 48 Hours Of The Clients Provable Notification Of The Occurrence Of The Defect, Unless The Parties Agree Otherwise. Participants In The Procurement Procedure Are Entitled To Offer The Contracting Authority Better Technical, Quality, Ecological And Functional Properties (Parameters) Of The Bus In Their Bids Than Those Required By The Contracting Authority In The Basic Technical Specification, Or Offer The Client Additional Properties Beyond The Requirements Set By The Client. The Basic Technical Specification Of The New Bus Being Offered Must Be Signed By A Person Authorized To Act On Behalf Of Or On Behalf Of A Participant In The Procurement Procedure Or By A Person Duly Authorized And Stamped; In Such A Case, An Unverified Copy Of The Power Of Attorney Must Be Part Of The Bid Of The Tenderer. Delivery Of The 1St Bus Is Mandatory. The Delivery Of The 2Nd Bus Will Be Binding For The Contracting Parties Only When The Buyer Informs The Seller That He Has Secured Financing For The Payment Of The Purchase Price And Invites Him To Deliver It. This Is Dependent On The Approval Of The Amount Corresponding To The Purchase Price In The Buyers Budget By The City Of Havlíčkův Brod. If The Buyer Does Not Communicate This Information To The Seller Even By 31 January 2027, Both Parties Have The Right To Withdraw From The Part Of The Contract For The Supply Of This Second Bus. The Delivery Of The 3Rd Bus Will Be Binding For The Contractual Parties Only When The Buyer Informs The Seller That He Has Secured Financing For The Payment Of The Purchase Price And Invites Him To Deliver It.
