Architectural Advisory Services – Choice Of The Opc (Holder And Substitute) As Part Of The Rehabilitation Operation Of 6 Collective Housing Units And 24 Individual Housing Units, Jules Faidherbe Residence In Monchecourt. The Contract Is Awarded In Accordance With Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 To R.2161-5, R.2172-1 To R.2172-6, R.2431-17 Of The Public Order Code Of April 1, 2019. The Contract Concerns The Designation Of A Holder And A Substitute For The Execution Of The Mission Element Of Scheduling, Steering And Coordination As As Defined By Article R.2431-17 Of The Public Procurement Code. Lopc Intervenes In The Studies And Design Phase, Site Preparation Phase, Work Execution Phase And Reception Phase. The Contract Is The Subject Of A Single Tranche. The Services Will Begin Upon Notification Of The Contract And Will End After The Complete Lifting Of The Reservations Expressed Upon Receipt Of The Works. The Estimated Work Envelope Is 2,864,500.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Estimated Start Date Of The Mission Is August 2026. The Estimated Duration Of The Studies Is 15 Months. The Estimated Duration Of The Work Is 16 Months.
