General Building Description A New Wooden Childrens House Is Being Planned In Oberrotweil, Which Will Accommodate Kindergarten, Crèche And Multi-Purpose Room. The Building Will Be Arranged Parallel To The New Access Road As An Elongated, Two-Story Block With A Cantilevered, Gently Sloping And Asymmetrical Gable Roof. The Building Has A Length Of Approx. 64.3M And A Width Of Approx. 18.4M. The Ridge Height Is Around 8M. The Construction Project Is Subject To The “Climate-Friendly Non-Residential Buildings” (Kfnwg) Funding Level. It Is Planned To Outsource The Entire Shell To A Contractor. The Highest Possible Degree Of Prefabrication Should Be Used. Components Such As Ceilings, Walls And Roofs Come To The Construction Site Prefabricated And Closed And Are To Be Erected In Sections.
