The Procurement Concerns Devices Owned And Managed By The Subscribers, Which Are Identified Per Subscriber And Device In The Tender Form In The Tender Request Appendix. The Object Of The Procurement Includes All Elevator And Other Equipment Listed In The Tender Form, As Well As Related Services, Regardless Of Equipment Type, Purpose Of Use, Technical Implementation Method Or Location. The Offer Form Serves As A Binding Identification Of The Procurement Object And Pricing. The Service Includes Basic Equipment Maintenance, Fault Service, Repair Work, 24/7 On-Call, Device-Specific Monitoring And Maintenance And Fault Reporting, In Accordance With The Request For Tender And Contract Terms. The Offeror Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Offer Includes All The Devices Listed In The Offer Form And The Related Services. The Equipment And Quantity Data Presented In The Request For Tender And Its Attachments Are Estimates. The Number Of Devices May Increase Or Decrease During The Contract Period According To The Contract Conditions. In Procurement, One (1) Service Provider (Supplier) Is Selected. The Estimated Start Time Of The Procurement In The Announcement Is Indicative. The Binding Contract Period And The Start Of Service Production Are Determined In Accordance With Clause 14 Of The Draft Contract.
