Full Operation, Backup And Restore Of All Functions Of The Custodial Register And Notice Delivery System, Which Also Includes Related Development Services Up To 2,000 Developer Man-Hours. Description Of The Parameters Of The Operational Task To Be Performed. Expected Degree Of System Availability, In Percentage (Monthly): 99.5% (7 Days A Week/ 24 Hours A Day Availability). The Expected Degree Of Availability Of The Test System During Working Hours, Per Month, Is 99% (On Working Days, Between 8:00 A.M. And 5:00 P.M.). Response And Resolution Times (For The Period Between 08:00 And 17:00 On Working Days), Response And Resolution Deadlines For Each Category Of Error: In The Case Of Low-Priority Errors, The Response Time For Starting The Elimination Of Reported Errors Is 1 Hour, The Resolution Time Is 48 Hours (6 Working Days). In The Case Of Normal Priority Errors, The Response Time For Starting The Elimination Of Reported Errors Is 1 Hour, The Resolution Time Is 24 Hours (3 Working Days). In The Case Of High-Priority Errors, The Response Time For Starting The Elimination Of Reported Errors Is 1 Hour, And The Resolution Time Is 8 Hours (1 Working Day). The Maximum Time For Tmk (Planned Preventive Maintenance): During Working Hours: 4 Hours, Outside Working Hours (On Working Days): 12 Hours, Outside Working Hours (On Public Holidays): 24 Hours. Notification Of Tmk (Planned Preventive Maintenance) Before The Maintenance (In Calendar Days): 15 Days On-Site Availability Parameters On Working Days (Time Slot, Specialist Number): Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00 (Working Hours) With Remote Access: 1 Person Continuous Telephone On-Call Service Outside The On-Site Availability Time Slot (Including Public Holidays And Public Holidays): 1 Person In Case Of Troubleshooting Requires On-Site Presence, Then Arrival On Site After Notification Of The Fault: • Low Priority Category: Within 12 Hours • Normal Priority Category: Within 8 Hours • High Priority Category: Within 6 Hours 2. Development Tasks The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Development Tasks During The Term Of The Contract Up To 2000 Developer Frame Hours.
