Scope Of The Order: 1. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: A) Reconstruction Of Ul. Kazimierzowska Over A Length Of Approx. 1,600 M, B) Reconstruction Of The Entrances Of Crossroads Of Public And Internal Roads, C) Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, D) Construction Of Green Areas, E) Reconstruction Of Exits. The Contractor Will Make Arrangements With Pkp And Prepare Documentation For The Construction Of The Rail-Road Crossing With Slabs In Order To Maintain The Continuity Of The Bicycle Path. 2. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of: A) Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, B) Provisions Contained In The Content Of The Future Contract, C) Bills Of Quantities, D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, E) Technical Design.
