The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order From Residential Properties Located In The City Of Raciąż Commune, Real Estate Belonging To The Resources Of The City Of Raciąż Commune And Street Bins In The City Of Raciąż. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Justification For The Lack Of Division Is Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 4. The Service Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law And Local Law, In Particular With The Provisions On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, Waste Management, Selective Waste Collection And Occupational Health And Safety In Waste Management. 5.
