Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works /Smr/, Construction And Repair Works /Srr/ In The Dormitories Of The Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, In The City Of Sofia, For The Purpose Of Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Buildings Provided For The Management Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Periodic Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works, With The Aim Of Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Buildings Owned By The Contracting Authority. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: Implementation Of Smr - Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Law On Territorial Planning. The Circumstances Related To The Initiation, Implementation And Commissioning (Acceptance) Of The Smr Will Be Certified By The Drawing Up And Signing By The Participants Of The Relevant Acts And Protocols In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 On The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction (When Applicable). The Technical Implementation Of The Construction Must Be In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority, With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Regulations. The Technical Characteristics Of The Construction Products, Materials And Equipment Used In The Construction Should Be In Accordance With Or Of A Quality Higher Than That Required According To The Regulatory Requirements And Good Construction Practices In Bulgaria And The European Union, And Where Such Cannot Be Found With The Highest Quality.
