Cleaning And Sanitation Services In Urban Or Rural Areas, And Related Services – Request For Participation: Maintenance Contract For The Streets And Green Areas Of The City Center Of Turku For The Period 1 October 2027 - 30 September 2035 (Service Alliance). The City Of Turku (Later The Client) Is Requesting Your Application To Participate In The Negotiation Procedure For The Implementation Of The Maintenance Contract For The Streets And Green Areas Of The City Center Of Turku As A Service Alliance In Accordance With This Procurement Notice And The Documents Attached To It. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Regional Contract Area Of ​​The City Center Of Turku And The Year-Round Care And Maintenance Of Its Street And Green Areas For The Contract Period 1 October 2027 To 30 September 2035 (8 Years). Streets And Green Areas Are Maintained In Accordance With Regional Contracting General Task List 2003 (Finnish Municipal Association Ry) And Green Area Maintenance General Work Description Vkt 2021 (Green Environment Association Ry). In Addition To The Above, The Customer Has Prepared Details Of The Work Tasks Using Task Cards. The Alliance Can Deviate From The Requirements Or Instructions According To The Jointly Agreed Task Cards, If It Achieves A Qualitative Benefit Or A Financial Benefit Without Reducing The Quality. Task Cards Do Not Prevent The Experimentation Or Piloting Of New Materials Or Methods Of Operation. The Urakka Area Is Located In The Core Of Turku. The Area Is Densely Built And E.G. The Narrowness Of Street Spaces Causes Maintenance Challenges. Special Structures And Technology Above And Below Ground Must Be Taken Into Account In Maintenance Tasks.
