Architectural Advisory Services – Project Management Contract For The Rehabilitation Of 39 Collective Housing Units And 12 Individual Housing Units - Place Du Sana In Montigny-En-Ostrevent. The Mission Entrusted To The Project Manager Constitutes The Basic Mission In The Rehabilitation Of Building Works Category Within The Meaning Of Article R2431-5 Of The Ccp As Well As The Complementary Mission Elements: Technical Diagnosis, Dynamic Thermal Simulation (S.T.D.), Energy Diagnosis, Pemd Diagnosis And Thermal Studies. The O.P.C Mission Will Be Entrusted To A Separate Service Provider Through Another Market. The Market Is Based On A Global And Fixed Price. Prices Are Subject To Review (According To Ccp). The Work Will Be Carried Out In An Occupied Environment. The Objective Is To Improve The Thermal Performance Of The Structure To Achieve An Average Result For Label C, Or Around 120 Kwh/M² Year. The Services Will Begin Upon Receipt Of The Order Letter Ordering The Start Of The First Element Of The Mission And Will End After Expiration Of The Year Of Guarantee For The Work Carried Out In Application Of The Studies Carried Out. The Estimated Financial Envelope Allocated To Carrying Out The Work Is 4,261,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Estimated Duration Of The Work Is 19 Months (Excluding The Preparation Period, Reception Included), For A Planned Start On December 1, 2027. The Duration Of 46 Months Indicated In This Notice Includes The Duration Of The Studies, The Award Of Works Contracts And The Execution Of The Latter And The Year Of Perfect Completion.
