The New Waldorf School Building Will Be Built In Three Construction Phases On A Site On The Northern Edge Of The City Of Landshut. The Entire School Complex Consists Of Three Main Bodies, Which Are Linked By Connecting Buildings. The Southern And Middle Building Represents Construction Phase 1, Which Has Already Been Implemented. The Northern Structure Is The High School, Which Is To Be Carried Out As Construction Phase 2. The South-Eastern Building Is The Sports Hall (Construction Phase 3). The First Construction Phase Contains The Rooms For The Primary School, The Administration And Teacher Areas, As Well As An Ogts And Dining Area With A Serving Kitchen. This Component Has Already Been Completed And Was Inaugurated In Spring 2024. In The Second Construction Phase, The Rooms For The Single High School, I.E. The Middle And Upper School, Will Be Added. In Addition To The Classrooms For Grades 5-13, Scientific Rooms Such As A Physics And Chemistry Room Are Also Planned. The Fag Application Should Be Submitted In The Current Year So That Construction Can Begin In 2027. Completion Is Scheduled For 2029. The Third Construction Phase Is Optional And The Date Has Not Yet Been Set. The Planning Includes The Creation Of A Single-Field Sports Hall With Associated Ancillary Rooms Such As Changing Rooms, Equipment And Sanitary Rooms, As Well As Technical Areas. The Building Should Be Able To Be Used For Physical Education Lessons As Well As For Internal School Events Such As Theater Or Musical Performances.
