The Subject Of This Tender Is The Procurement Of The Nationwide Uniform And Bavaria-Specific Forms For The Doctors, Psychotherapists And Hospital Doctors Participating In Statutory Health Care, For Dentists Participating In Statutory Dental Care And For The Hospital And Rehabilitation Discharge Management Or The Supply Of The Forms To The Association Of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians In Bavaria In The Contract Area Of Bavaria By The Aok Bayern - The Health Insurance Fund On Behalf Of The Health Insurance Companies/Associations And The Association Of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians In Bavaria (Kvb) (Hereinafter Clients). The Order Volume Is Estimated At Around 160 Million Forms Per Year. The Estimate Is Based On The Previous Years Values. In Bavaria, Around 31,000 Doctors And Psychotherapists Take Part In Contract Medical Care, Currently Around 130 Teams Take Part In Outpatient Specialist Medical Care (Asv), Around 58 Teams Take Part In Specialized Outpatient Palliative Care (Sapv), Around 9,350 Dentists Take Part In Contract Dental Care, Around 400 Hospitals Take Part In Hospital Discharge Management And Around 400 Hospitals Take Part In Rehabilitation Discharge Management Approximately 400 Rehabilitation Facilities Take Part. The Clients Intend To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Company. The Contract Begins On January 1St, 2027 And Ends On December 31St, 2028. The Contract Duration Is Automatically Extended A Maximum Of Twice By 12 Months Each Time, Unless The Contract Is Terminated Jointly In Writing By The Clients Six Months Before The Respective End Of The Contract. The Contract Ends Without Special Notice No Later Than December 31, 2030 (After 48 Months).
