Industry Specific Software Development Services – Assetm4infra – Asset And Maintenance Management System For National Roads In The Ls Brandenburg. The Brandenburg State Road Administration (Ls) Intends To Introduce An It Application For The Structured And Largely Fully Digital Implementation Of Maintenance Management For Road Infrastructure Objects. The System Is Intended To Be Provided, Customized And Operated As Software As A Service (Saas). Subject Of The Service: The Subject Of The Service Includes The Provision Of An Adaptable Basic System, Its Customization To The Functional Requirements Via So-Called Module Projects, The Operation And Maintenance Of The System Over A Defined Period Of Time, Further Development According To Separate Specifications As Well As The Support Of The Subsequent Migration And Data Transfer Before The End Of The Contract. The Adaptation Of The Basic System Is Carried Out In An Agile Manner In Partnership Between The Ls As The Client And The Contractor. The Core Of The It System Should Already Be Available As A Basis And Provide The Basic Functions Of An Asset And Maintenance Management System For Road Infrastructure Objects (For More Information On The Minimum Requirements For The Basic System, See Sections 4.1.1 And 4.1.2 Lb). It Is Assumed That The Necessary Adjustments To The Basic System Are Not Insignificant For The Purposes Of The Ls. The System Is Adapted/Upgraded Using Basic Predefined Module Projects, The Contents Of Which Are Coordinated Between The Client And The Contractor. A Module Project Can Correspond To A Sprint In The Sense Of The Scrum Methodology, But Does Not Have To, And Can Also Consist Of Several Sprints. In Addition, The Not Insignificant Need For Adjustments Must Be Supported By The Contractors Engineering Expertise. Objective: The Digital Asset And Conservation Management System Should Map Three Central Core Processes. The First Core Process Includes The Coordination And Setting Of Targets, Whereby Goals Such As Security And Availability Are Represented And Documented Using Verifiable Key Figures At The System, Object Type, Object And Network Level. The Second Core Process Is Used To Develop Scenarios For Various Strategies And An Optimal Portfolio Of Measures By Transferring Strategic Objectives Into Operational Maintenance Planning Using Appropriate Scenario Management, Taking Into Account Available Resources. The Third Core Process Concerns The Assessment And Communication Of The Conservation Status And The Success Of Measures Through Constant Monitoring And Continuous Reporting. User Groups: The System Is Aimed At Different User Groups With Different Access Rights. The Overall Technical Administration Is The Responsibility Of The Lss Strategic Conservation Management. Project Structure And Phases: The Overall Project Is Divided Into Four Phases. The Initiation And Deployment Phase Serves To Establish Project And Contract Execution Management As Well As To Provide The Basic System. In The Subsequent One
