Request for Proposal for Language Access Services The Intent Of This Request For Proposal (Rfp) Is To Obtain Firm Fixed Price Proposals From Qualified Contractors To Provide Over-The-Phone Interpretation (Opi), Video Remote Interpretation (Vri), Remote Video Conferencing (Rvc), Simultaneous Live Interpretation, In-Person Interpretation, Document Translation And Transcriptions And Services For The Visually And Hearing-Impaired For Various Montgomery County (County) Departments On An “As-Needed-Basis”, Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) Days A Year/ Seven (7) Days A Week/ Twenty-Four (24) Hours A Day. The County Intends To Select A Pool Of Providers As A Result Of This Rfp. The County Does Not Guarantee Any Minimum Services To Any One (1) Contractor. Vendors Must Include Standardized Glossaries And/Or Predictive Text Generators For Cost Reduction Purposes.
