Tenders are invited for Conducting Baseline Assessment of Safety Culture Program TENDER ISSUE PERIOD 27/04/2026 to 10/05/2026 TENDER CLOSING DATE 18/05/2026 Scope of Work: Company requires service of Contractor to assess the current overall resilience and maturity of Companys Safety Culture and Safety Culture supporting programs, taking into consideration best practices in behavioural safety and Human and Organizational Performance. Additionally, the Contractor shall review the effectiveness of existing safety programs and initiatives, as well as identify areas to improve and optimize. This work will also include the development of an enhanced Safety Culture Model and the establishment of a cultural baseline for each Group/Site as well as support for the development of future improvement plans.
