Objectives of the assignment The overall objective of the assignment is to: Conduct a need assessment for selected horticulture value chains for market access linkage and provide capacity building support to the development of farmers cooperatives and entreprises inclusive business models for increasing market access (including but not limited to meeting market standards, linkages with other actors). 2.2.
