This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education. World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable consultancy firms to conduct a Feasibility Study of the Construction of (G+1) Six Classrooms at GS Ste Andre Kagwa Rwingongo in Tunga Cluster, Rutsiro District, Mukura Sector for World Vision International Rwanda. Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.
