Tenders Are Invited For External Evaluation Of Pui Projects Local Sub-Implementing Partner: Bait Al Mustaqbal Association (Local Community-Based Organization Cbo) Donor: Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) Location: Gaza Strip And West Bank. Evaluation Duration: 3035 Working Days Expected Start Date: May 3, 2026 Project Components: Gaza Strip Component (Results 1 & 2): The Project Established Community Committees And Support & Accountability Committees To Strengthen Community Participation, Accountability, And Local Decision-Making. Capacity Strengthening And Structured Support Enabled Communities To Plan And Implement Community-Led Initiatives Addressing Identified Needs. West Bank Component (Results 3 & 4): The Project Supported Healthcare Access Through Provision Of Essential Medications To Ministry Of Health Facilities And Strengthened Community Health Knowledge Through Assessments And Awareness Activities. 3. Purpose Of The Evaluation The Final External Evaluation Aims To Assess Project Performance Using Internationally Recognized Evaluation Standards, Measure Achievement Of Intended Results, Identify Lessons Learned And Good Practices, Support Accountability To Sida And Affected Populations, And Inform Future Programming And Strategic Decision-Making. 4.
