Tenders are invited for Array of Rydberg Sensors for Multi-Band PNT System - Expro+. Price Range : 200-500 KEURO Objective: To define and assess the application potential of using array of Rydberg receivers for PNT applications. Description: Rydberg sensors are usually baselined on warm-cell vapour. A finer frequency bandwidth can be achieved with Laser cooled atom Rydberg receiver, which in the domain of multi-layer multi-band PNT could substantially ameliorate an array of receivers. The objective of this activity is to demonstrate the multi-layer multi-band PNT benefit of using an array configuration of Rydberg sensors. The use ofcold atom is seen as a secondary objective, in case the warm-cell vapour will not be sufficient for an array configuration. This activity encompasses the following tasks: - Requirement analysis, including review of cold atom Rydberg performance and definition of use cases. - Trade-off between cold atom and warm vapour cell and selection of use case for Rydberg sensors array - Breadboarding of an array of Rydberg sensors and performance testing - Establishment of a roadmap for the development of an Engineering Model of an array configuration of Rydberg Receivers.
