This Tender Relates To The Tender Of Facility Management (Hereafter Fm) For Denmarks Prisons (Hereafter Client). The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With Section Ii Of The Public Procurement Act, Which Means That Any Economic Operator Can Apply To Be Pre-Qualified, But Only The Pre-Qualified Applicants Can Submit A Tender. The Offer Includes The Following Four Service Areas: 1. Cleaning 2. Internal Service 3. Waste Management 4. Car Park Service Each Service Area Contains A Number Of Subservices. Cleaning Includes, Among Other Things Cleaning And Window Polishing And Is By Far The Largest Service Area In The Agreement. Reference Is Made To The Tender Material For A Detailed Explanation Of This, Including A Description Of The Other Service Areas As Well As Further Information On Scope And Service Requirements.
