Description: The Purpose Of The Forwarded Drafts Is To Ensure That Any Inappropriateness In The Tender Material Is Reassessed On The Basis Of The Supplier Markets Feedback. The Region Therefore Wishes To Receive Written Feedback On The Attached Consultation Documents, With Specific References To Where In The Tender Material The Individual Supplier Believes There Could Potentially Be Inappropriateness. This Should Therefore Be Done In A Separate Document With Reference To The Individual Sections To Which The Comment Relates. For The Requirements Specification, Comments Can Be Made For The Individual Requirements, Including Minimum Requirements. The More Information From The Supplier Side About Why The Individual Requirement Is Inappropriately Set By The Region, The Better. Questions About The Material Will Not Be Answered During The Consultation Period, And Reference Is Made To The Supplier Making One Overall Written Feedback And Sending It Via Eu-Supply.
