Roof Replacement - Phase 1 Public Health Agency Of Canada . Please Note That Late Submissions Will Not Be Considered Or Accepted. Pspc Requires The Services Of A Commercial Roofing Contractor For The Following Scope Of Work: Removal And Replacement Of Approximately 1326 M2 Of Existing Roofing Systems And Replacement With New Two-Ply Modified Bituminous Roofing. Replacement Fasteners And Sealants At Existing Metal Roof Surfaces Note: The Disconnect/Reconnect Of All Rooftop Equipment Including: Electric/Electronic Devices, Rooftop Mechanical Units, Electrical Conduit, Unattached Equipment, And Lightning Protection Will Be By Goc’S Own Forces And Will Be Coordinated With The Roofing Contractor’S Work.
