Tenders Are Invited For Losing Trees

The Purpose Of The Tender Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Three (3) Tenderers For The Execution Of Further Deliveries By Means Of Holding Mini-Competitions. Objective Of The Assignment To Install And/Or Replace Trees Within The Existing Area That Need To Be Replaced Due To Disease, Damage, Storm Or End Of Life (Etc.). Mini Competitions Partial Assignments In Combination With Deliveries To Award Partial Orders, Mini-Competitions Will Be Used Based On The Lowest Price Criterion. The Aim Of The Mini-Competitions Is To Obtain A Competitive Price For Deliveries Of Plant Material That Are Not Included In This Framework Agreement. The Partial Assignments That Are Requested In A Mini-Competition Within The Framework Agreement Only Contain The Work Required To Plant The Plant Material To Be Supplied, And Which Are Also Included As Specifications Items In This Framework Agreement. The Assignment Mainly Consists Of The Following Activities: - Carrying Out Preparatory Work; - Removing And Disposing Of Trees And Stumps; - Removing And Disposing Of Various Plants; - Removing, Disposing Or Cutting Lawn, Rough Grass And Herb Layers; - Carrying Out Ground Work Carefully; - Supplying Trees Through A Mini-Competition Via Tenderned - Installing Trees Including Accessories; - Sowing Grass And Herb Vegetation; - Maintaining And Providing Aftercare To The Planted Trees; - Carrying Out Additional Work.
