The Purpose Of This European Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Municipality Of Zwolle. The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Tenderer With The Most Economically Advantageous Tender (Emvi), Based On The Best Price-Quality Ratio. The Assignment Includes Replacing The Existing Parking Management Systems And Taking Care Of Their Management And Maintenance. This Concerns Parking Locations Managed By The Municipality, Including Sites, Garages And Future Mobility Hubs. Based On The Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (Mjop), The Replacement Of The Current Systems Is Planned In The Coming Years. The Selected Contractor Is Responsible For Dismantling The Existing Systems, Supplying And Installing New Parking Management Systems And Providing Management And Maintenance After Delivery. Management And Maintenance Is Understood To Mean: Remote Management And Maintenance, As Well As Preventive And Corrective Maintenance. 1
