Tenders are invited for Construction, Furnishing and Equipping of a Standard Three Hundred (300) Seats ICT/CBT Centre at Oleh, Isoko South Local Government Area 2. REQUIREMENTS FOR TENDERING The following are required for Tender applications. i. Evidence of payment of all relevant statutory fees. ii. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). iii. Evidence of Financial capability. iv. An affidavit of non-conflict of interest and truth of statements from the Delta State High Court as provided under section 17(6)(g) of the Delta State Public Procurement Law, 2016. v. Evidence of registration with the Delta State Contractors Registration Board. vi. Evidence of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate. vii. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed. viii. Evidence of DSIR Card. ix. Memorandum/ Articles of Association (as applicable) 3. All Tender documents, together with the quoted bids, should be put in a sealed envelope addressed to: The Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry of Science and Technology, Asaba. 4. Note: i. Bidders should note that the Board in considering the tenders is not bound to accept the lowest bidders. ii. Submission of bids and payment of relevant fees do not guarantee the award of contract. iii. Submission of tenders closes by 12 noon on Thursday 30th April, 2026. iv. Tenders will be opened at 10.00 a.m on Tuesday 5th May, 2026 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders representatives who choose to be present at the Conference Hall, Ministry of Science and Technology, Asaba.
